Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer support or related fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• High level of personal accountability and discretion when handling information.
• Willingness to support other teams and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support across all contact channels with clear, personable communication.
