• Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Interviews customer to adequately perform assessment of financial needs.
• Cross-sells the Banks' products/services.
• Exhibits superior customer service as an Austin Bank team member and builds relationships with customers.
• Opens deposit accounts, processes teller transactions, takes loan applications, responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and refers cross-sell opportunities as appropriate.
• Performs transactions according to guidance and prepares required documentation.
• Answers calls, takes messages, forwards calls or assists customers as needed.
• Approves loans within limits or refers to lender for approval.
• Cross-trains in other areas and provides backup to ensure quality service.
• Participates in team discussions, adheres to policies, and maintains confidentiality.
