Grid is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in downtown Seattle. You will answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide new product adoption, and help ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be currently pursuing or have a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
