Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in California. You will handle orders, offer product recommendations, and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Full-Time Hours:

12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
