Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Ontario, CA. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, high school diploma or equivalent, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers through phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.

Full-Time Hours: Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Training Hours - Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
