Job summary

Uline, a leading family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in California.

You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service while working full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM across four weekdays and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
