You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, monitor status, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Experience with invoicing, order processing, and quotations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings or mechanical/electrical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
