Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist at our Minnesota branch. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our world-class tools and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries using company systems.
• Provide product, pricing and shipping information quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.

Minimum Requirements
