Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to process orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries using advanced technology. You will build relationships via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer needs with confident solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
