Professional Office Services, Inc is currently seeking candidates for a Customer Support Specialist at our Layton, UT production facility. The general hours for this position will be 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Starting hourly base pay $18.00 to $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience and opportunity to receive two increases during your first year!
The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide the best possible customer experience by helping identify customer needs while promoting our customized print and electronic communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals. Customer Support Specialists align with our Sales team, Customers, and Corporate staff to provide the best Customer Experience. Specific job duties include (but are not limited to):
