Job summary

Uline is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Hudson, Wisconsin. This on-site role focuses on building customer relationships, offering solutions, and delivering legendary service with robust training and tools for long-term career success.

You will process orders, answer questions on product, pricing, and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat, while growing your problem-solving and communication skills in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
