Job summary

Uline, Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to build strong customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. This on-site role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a focus on helping customers with orders, product details, pricing, and shipping questions.

You will work across phone, email and chat to understand needs, recommend the best solutions, and guide customers through our website and ordering process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for this role.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
