Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee in Hudson, WI. You’ll learn all aspects of warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program with hands-on learning.

This role offers structured training, strong safety standards, and opportunity for advancement. Shifts include Monday–Friday days and Sunday–Thursday nights, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Willing to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
