About The Customer Support Representative Position

The Customer Support Representative will handle inbound calls to meet customer needs, providing exceptional service through transactions and support.

Typical Day

Scheduling rides to doctor appointments, resolving processes, and handling escalations from case managers, coordinators, and advocates.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Build relationships and maintain a positive outlook
• Problem-solving and proactive rescheduling
• Effective communication via phone and email
• Exercise call control and identify client needs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
