Akkodis is seeking a Customer Support Representative-III for a 6 Weeks Contract

Rate Range: $16.00 - $20.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Shift: Willing to work an 8-hour shift, 7 days a week

Language Skills: Conversationally proficient in both Spanish and English

About this Role

  • Join a small team focused on growing shop & deliver service
  • Work in Live Operations with proactive outreach to dashers to drive exceptional service quality
  • Focus areas: communication, troubleshooting, organization, and continuous learning
  • Act as a strategic problem solver and subject matter expert for a new product
  • Be the first line of defense to resolve issues and set clear service expectations
  • Lead workflows to meet and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify operational trends and share insights with broader teams
  • Join a collaborative, customer-focused team supporting a leading tech platform

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service roles (tech, hospitality, or grocery/convenience)
  • You are highly motivated and self-directed
  • You are a natural problem solver able to handle ambiguous issues
  • You speak fluent English and type at least 40 WPM
  • You have excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and tone adaptation
  • You are technologically fluent, especially with Google Sheets
  • Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce
  • Prior work in grocery & convenience industries
