What’s the job?

The ideal candidate is a proactive and solutions-focused customer support professional with at least one year of experience handling international clients via email and chat. They excel in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving, and thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are key.

Location: This position is based in New Jersey (remote) with occasional travel to the NYC office.

What am I going to do?
  1. Deliver independent, high-quality responses to customers via our email ticketing system and chat
  2. Provide reliable resolutions for critical and high-impact customer issues
  3. Take full ownership of customer concerns and follow them through to resolution
  4. Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Shift Managers to maintain customer satisfaction
  5. Share ideas and practical solutions to continuously improve the customer experience
  6. Identify service-impacting trends and escalate them appropriately
  7. Actively learn from others and grow as a customer support representative
What are the qualifications?
  1. 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally with a focus on chat and email for a tech product with international clients
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a true team player
  3. Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
  4. Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
  5. Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback and drive toward continuous improvement
  6. Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  7. Proficiency with data analysis in Excel is an advantage
  8. Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, and automated support/helpdesk systems is an advantage
