Your Responsibilities

• Support customers and find the best solutions for their queries;
• Foster close communication with sales and product development teams.
• Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyse, troubleshoot, report, and resolve;
• Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding your knowledge as well as your own;
• Provide omni-channel support via email and chat (no calls!);
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to improve the overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide input on how the support team can adapt and improve
