Lovell Safety Management Co., LLC is seeking a Customer Service/Support Representative in New York. You will assist brokers and policyholders with Workers’ Compensation Certificates and related administrative tasks, including issuing and voiding certificates.
The role requires excellent typing, phone handling, and accurate data entry, with cross-training in scanning, record updates, mail processing, and claim searches to support operations.
In this role, Customer Service/ Support Representative will assist clients (brokers and policyholders) by providing support with emphasis on Workers’ Compensation Certificate issuance as well as other administrative responsibilities.
Duties include issuing and voiding certificates. Heavy typing, accuracy essential, heavy phones, and computer entry on terminal. Candidates will be cross trained with additional customer service support responsibilities, such as scanning, record updates, mail processing, claim searches, and additional administrative support duties. The emphasis of job duties may change based on the operational needs of the organization.

At Lovell, we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package in addition to compensation. The annual salary range for this role is $40,000 to $55,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.
