Responsibilities include problem-solving, order processing, proactive sales support, scheduling service/delivery, and coordinating with operations. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience.

• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
