Job summary

Dash Industrials is seeking a Customer Service Support representative to assist sales and operations by delivering quality service, processing orders, and greeting visitors.

Job description

The Customer Service Support position’s primary responsibility is to support sales and operations goals by providing quality customer service; as well as order processing and general reception duties.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability and status of order, invoices, shipment status, return items, etc.
• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Understand and perform established Order Processing, Sales & Operations policies and procedures to provide excellent treatment to our customers.
• Respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
• Understand and support established Sales & Operations policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
• Liaise with sales team to provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Pull back-up documentation for shipments.
• Screens calls and answers general questions with information
• Receives and announces guests, directs guests, offers beverages and assists with the general office "flow".
• Distributes mail daily upon its arrival.
• Assists departments with clerical needs as needed.
• Maintain receptionist area.
• Assist with meeting coordinator with snacks/lunches/dinners for meetings.
