Job summary

thyssenkrupp in the United States seeks a quality assurance professional to represent the company and provide QA support to customers on and off site. You will work directly with ThyssenKrupp management and Supervisors to ensure customer requirements are implemented.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, training inspectors, handling inquiries, and documenting job information. Leadership, organization, and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service and supervisory capacity.
• Preferred quality knowledge within an automotive environment.
• Understanding of measurement units and tolerancing; ability to train others.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and email software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sorting, inspection and packing assignments with clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure job requirements are met.
• Hire and schedule employees; train and assign tasks.
• Evaluate employee performance and address issues per policy.
• Develop Team Leaders for job start-ups and onsite supervision.
• Handle customer inquiries, investigate issues, and resolve problems.
• Address conflicts between customers or employees as needed.
• Document all job information and communications.
• Complete required administrative duties for each customer and job.
• Develop relationships to generate additional business opportunities.
• Review monthly payment status and coordinate with Credit Manager.
