A leading manufacturing company in South Bend is seeking a Quality Representative to support product excellence and continuous improvement on the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, knowledge of ISO standards, and a strong safety mindset. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Control.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills & safety-first mindset.
• ASQ certification is a plus.
• Lean, OSHA, or metals industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate & process customer and vendor returns.
• Conduct internal audits & assist with customer audits/visits.
• Maintain and calibrate measurement/test equipment.
• Drive root cause investigations and recommend improvements.
• Support Lean initiatives & maintain visual management boards.
• Collaborate on continual improvement and branch quality reviews.

Overview

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Location: South Bend, IN (Local candidates preferred)

Environment: On-site, working around heavy machinery

Salary: $50K - $60K + monthly gainshare opportunity
