• Organize, prioritize and manage incoming purchase orders and related emails.
• Retrieve orders via email inbox and portals.
• Manage urgent/expedited PO workflow and delegation.
• Maintain customer account information and status reports.
• Collaborate with CSS teammates and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
