Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer support by researching issues and resolving problems with internal teams and partners.
• Process daily transactions in SAP, including order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes.
• Manage Salesforce queues and CRM records with timely, professional responses.
• Support customers using online ordering and catalog platforms, monitor real-time chat requests and escalate as needed.
