Job summary

Eupry is seeking a part-time Customer Support Intern to support customer inquiries via phone and email from our Raleigh, NC office. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information and a smooth customer experience, while helping to shape our new U.S. office culture.

You will collaborate with the Customer Support Manager and a diverse, international team. This role offers hands-on exposure to a growing life science tech startup and flexible hours within a 20-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Service-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Curiosity for technology — familiarity or interest in AI tools, IoT, or related tech is a fit with our life science tech focus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for evening shifts and partial in-office days as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the correct information is delivered to customers.
