Reports to Credit Manager and collaborates across departments to optimize processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in online or related customer service.
• Familiar with Farm Store products preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and e-commerce processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls, chats, emails, and tickets with excellent service.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Support eCommerce fulfillment and store operations processes.
• Communicate via email, chat, and phone to improve customer experience.
• Process orders, respond to inquiries, and assist with account status.
