Job summary

Indeed Flex in Austin, TX (The Domain) is hiring for an operations specialist on a 3‑month FTC, five days per week with a Thursday work-from-home option.

You will work cross‑functionally to meet client hiring targets by reviewing requirements on the Flex platform, analyzing shift patterns, and using internal tools to ensure client and worker satisfaction. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer service or operations environment.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Thrives when priorities change and can adapt quickly.
• Knowledge of payrates and invoicing is a plus.
• Able to cover flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proficient with collaboration tools for real-time work with a distributed team.
• Data-driven approach to identifying challenges and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive a world-class customer experience by resolving support tickets efficiently.
• Analyze reports on bookings and metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as an operational bridge between internal stakeholders, clients, and Flexers.
• Support implementation of new procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and strategic targets.
• Assist team members with refreshers, knowledge sharing, and escalation resolution.
