This paid, part-time internship lasts 3–6 months with possible extension; you will learn customer service software like ZenDesk or Freshdesk, and collaborate with the team to improve processes while gaining hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and patient attitude toward customers.
• Familiarity with customer service software such as ZenDesk or Freshdesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate to improve customer support processes and policies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Participate in training to develop customer service skills.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.
