Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a driven Business Development Intern to support market research, lead generation, and the execution of sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the business development team to create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours for 3–6 months with the potential for extension. Strong communication and analytical skills, plus familiarity with CRM tools, will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in business development, marketing, and sales.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in lead generation and qualification activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Help manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and customers.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather information.
• Assist in the development of partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Support ad hoc business development projects and initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by the business development team.
