OrthoCarolina seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join the Business Office in Charlotte. The role is hybrid with rotating days in the office as needed by the department.

The Customer Service Representative answers and routes patient account calls and assists patients with account questions related to the OrthoCarolina business office.

Competenze

• Health care and/or medical billing experience.
• Experience in processing electronic insurance claims, along with generating and analyzing claim reports.
• Experience processing insurance claims for secondary payers; as well as processing credit card transactions and posting them to patient accounts.
• Experience with high volume call environment (100 calls per day).

This position is a hybrid schedule with rotating days in the office depending on department needs.
