Job summary

Bridgeways Everett is seeking a Customer Support Lead to back up the Lead Estimator and Support Operations Supervisor, coordinating purchasing and ERP workflows on the manufacturing floor in Everett. The role ensures accurate quotes, PO processing, and timely information flow between Manufacturing and Accounting.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, adherence to AS9100/quality standards, and a strong focus on documentation, ERP accuracy, and customer support excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in estimating, purchasing, customer support, materials, or manufacturing coordination preferred.
• Background in aerospace or AS9100-regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Customer Support activities and respond to order-related questions.
• Coordinate RFQ intake, tracking, cost development, and quote preparation.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements to support accurate estimates.
• Maintain ERP records, templates, and quote status.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Quality to ensure manufacturability and lead times.
• Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.
• Support receiving and materials activities and ensure accurate documentation.
