Job summary

Bridgeways, based on our Washington manufacturing campus, seeks a Customer Support Lead to drive estimating, purchasing, and day-to-day Support Operations. You will back up the Lead Estimator, coordinate with Manufacturing and Accounting, and ensure timely information flow for quotes, POs, and materials.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Planning, Materials, Quality, and Production to maintain accurate customer data and documentation in the ERP system, while delivering reliable customer

Qualifications

• Requires ability to back up Lead Estimator and coordinate across departments.
• Experience in estimating, purchasing, customer support, materials, and accounting support preferred.
• Strong ERP and MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience in aerospace or AS9100 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Customer Support activities and manage order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate order entry, acknowledgments, and delivery updates with multiple teams.
• Issue and track purchase orders; monitor supplier lead times and deliveries.
• Assist with vendor documentation and accounting-related information flow.
• Monitor receiving and materials activities; resolve discrepancies and support production.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and internal requirements.
