Responsibilities

• You will serve as a key technical resource supporting sophisticated industrial systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Investigating and resolving technical equipment issues through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Analyzing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and fluid-system performance concerns.
• Responding to customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Coordinating service activities with field technicians and third-party service providers.
• Supporting equipment commissioning, maintenance, and repair efforts.
• Managing critical customer situations and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Documenting findings, corrective actions, and service recommendations.
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve product performance and reliability.
• Assisting with customer training and technical education initiatives.
• Helping ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering, technical support, service engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort working across business systems and applications.
• Exposure to HVAC systems, refrigeration, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or fluid systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, process cooling, or mechanical systems.
• Experience interacting directly with customers or field service organizations.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + 10% Bonus
