Job summary

LHH is seeking a Production Engineer to support production operations onsite in the United States. You will bridge design and manufacturing by solving technical issues, driving improvements, and leading projects from concept through implementation.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, create BOMs and diagrams, validate designs through testing, and contribute to SOP improvements while leveraging CAD tools to support manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams by troubleshooting technical issues and answering engineering questions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to manufacturability, cost reduction, quality, and performance.
• Manage engineering projects focused on product and process improvements.
• Facilitate engineering change processes and support design updates.
• Create and maintain BOMs, wiring diagrams, and piping diagrams.
• Validate new designs through testing and data collection.
• Review production work orders to ensure accuracy and support SOP improvements.
• Utilize CAD software to support design and manufacturing initiatives.
• Partner with production and other internal teams to provide technical expertise and project support.

Are you a hands‑on engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between design and manufacturing? We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Production Engineer to support production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to bring custom‑engineered products from design to production. What You'll Do

• Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production teams by troubleshooting technical issues and answering engineering questions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, thermal systems, or related industries.
• Knowledge of PID loops and control logic.
• Prior experience in project management, manufacturing engineering, or applications engineering.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.

Work Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $100-130k base

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid sick leave where applicable by state law
