Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education with ability to understand and apply policies.
• 1–3 years’ supervisory experience or service in related roles.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the required vehicle/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve customer support operations and billing processes.
• Hire, supervise, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate mailroom operations and billing cycles with external partners and agencies.
• Direct special projects related to customer support, technology, and data analysis.
• Respond to information requests from outside agencies and handle escalated complaints.
