Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Support Associates to support operations at Flexport Pleasant Prairie warehouse. This is an on-site role that blends customer support with hands-on warehouse collaboration.

You’ll be the frontline advocate for service quality—resolving issues in real time, escalating when needed, and helping ensure a smooth shipment lifecycle from inbound to outbound. You’ll need a high school diploma and 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritization, and empathy.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and issues (phone/email/chat as needed).
• Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow established SOPs and document/escalate issues appropriately.
• Adapt to new tools/technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with warehouse teams to understand fulfillment workflows and support problem-solving on the floor.
• Participate in varied warehouse functions to build working knowledge of processes.
• Help educate associates on support systems and best practices for issue resolution.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on ticket status and recurring issues.
• Track aging support tickets and serve as an on-site escalation point.
• Support service-level expectations (SLA) by prioritizing and closing issues efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and partner teams.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (flexibility for overtime/weekends/holidays may be needed based on business demand)
Pay: $25.00

What You’ll Do

Customer Support

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs
• Standing/walking/squatting/reaching during shift; frequent movement throughout the warehouse
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment; equipment may be operating in the area
• Must follow safety, quality, and productivity standards

Pre-Hire / Onboarding Notes

• Background check required prior to start
• Drug test not required (per current job requirements)
• Orientation required on Day 1 (CA orientation is approximately 4 hours)

Day 1 / Site Expectations (Candidate-Facing)

• Lunch: Bring your own lunch (microwaves and vending machines available)
• What to bring: A positive attitude; clear bags and water bottles
• What not to bring: Weapons of any kind; personal box cutters
• Dress code: Casual clothes and comfortable shoes (role involves constant standing/walking)
• Arrival/parking: Park in the lot outside the main entrance; report to the shift lead or on-site leadership
