Responsibilities

• Prioritize and address issues quickly, collaborating with resources as needed.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce.
• Learn unknown situations with Support Specialists to determine fixes.
• Understand Fusion's technical functionality and upcoming changes.
• Follow Support Processes and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Aim to achieve the title Customer Support Specialist.
