About The Role
We are hiring Customer Support Agents for second shift only (3pm–11pm CST) to work remotely from select U.S. states. As a remote representative, you will support commercial truck drivers and service providers by dispatching tire breakdown assistance and ensuring seamless service coordination.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, critical thinking, and professional communication. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Handle emergency tire breakdown calls for commercial fleets across the U.S. and Canada
- Dispatch road service to appropriate tire dealerships
- Collect and document accurate information with urgency and attention to detail
- Remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple communication channels
- Troubleshoot, verify data, and track service delivery
- Demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset
Qualifications
- Must reside in AR, IN, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, or WI
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear speaking voice and fluent English communication
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with no background noise
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and apply new software, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work holidays and mandatory overtime as needed
