Customer Support Agent Remote | Part-time
One of our clients is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a log of all interactions and ensure follow-ups as needed
- Provide basic information about products/services or escalate complex issues
- Support other customer service tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in a customer service or call routing role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently
- Comfortable using support tools, phone systems, and ticketing platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote work)
