Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor - Dutch Speaking, you will report to the Customer Support Team Manager and be part of the Customer Service Department.

What you will do
  • Provide excellent service across all contact channels (voice and non-voice), maintaining service levels and efficiencies.
  • Deliver first-time resolution to customer contacts, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Enhance customer value by maximizing conversion and retention opportunities using marketing initiatives and a 'Sales through Service' approach.
  • Proactively escalate issues to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in contact centers and customer service is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, to an excellent standard.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible with work schedules and shifts.
  • Responsive to company needs with a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Confident in interacting with customers via voice, email, and live chat, with multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Focus on quality service and going the extra mile.
