Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative for our Idaho Falls office. If you are organized, customer-focused, and a team player, we want to hear from you.

As part of a leading document imaging and technology dealer, you will source warm opportunities, understand customer needs, manage accounts receivable, and handle high volumes of calls and emails while maintaining strong time management and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software; such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
• Understand customer needs and requirements
