Fastenal is seeking a diligent Customer Supply Chain Administrator to support customer service and supply chain activities from Medina, OH. The role involves handling RFQs, coordinating with sales, engineering, suppliers and customers to fulfill orders while ensuring data accuracy and timely communication.

The position offers a full-time schedule (7:00am–5:00pm) with opportunities for a flexible arrangement after onboarding and performance milestones.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in a customer service/ sales oriented environment.

Mansioni

• Support customer service and supply chain activities for project fulfillment.
• Sourcing, quoting and purchasing new and existing products.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturers and customers to address RFQ requirements.
• Respond to customer requests and coordinate internal resources.
• Perform inventory fulfillment and order placement.
• Monetize and report value of supply chain activities to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist inventory optimization initiatives.
