Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Supply Chain/Customer Operations professional in Maryland to manage KPIs, optimize Order to Cash, and create SOPs that improve compliance and reporting. The role focuses on reducing cycle times and driving efficiencies across SOPs and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a strong foundation in SAP and Excel, and the ability to analyze and solve problems while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in relevant field preferred.
• 3–5 years Customer Operations or Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to meet KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Advance Order to Cash by progressing to All Day Down in a Day targets and 95% weekly cycle times.
• Create and document SOPs for key processes.
• Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes to mitigate fines.

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
• Create and Document SOPs.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related experience preferred.
• 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve.
• Time Management.
