Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of fast-paced, detailed customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Pride in work, self-driven with a keen quality orientation.
• Working knowledge of chemistry or clean room environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations.
• Collects feedback and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Provide quotes and reports to customers.
• Work with internal team to drive issues to resolutions.
• Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
