Key Responsibilities

• Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations
• Collects feedback and makes recommendations for improvement
• Provide quote and reports to customers.
• Work with internal team to drive issues to resolutions.
• Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Prefer you to have associate or bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of fast paced detailed people servicing experience
• Must have demonstrated ability in following instructions, be highly detail oriented and have excellent communication skills
• Must have pride in his or her work, be self-driven and have a keen quality orientation
• A working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environment is a plus

Interaction With Other Employees

• Works hand-in-hand with the shipping and receiving, day to day interaction with production employees

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including thebackground, education, training,and experience required, as well as geographicconsiderations such as cost of labor, and applicable local andstate laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position istypically $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus,gainshare, and/or equitymay be eligible for this position.
