Job summary

Pregis in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Success Representative to develop and maintain systems that support our specialty films market and to ensure customer satisfaction. You will help meet customer requirements and work with cross-functional teams to drive value.

Under the direction of the VP of Sales Operations, you will respond to requests, analyze customer needs, coordinate with Sales and R&D, and help manage inventory and data accuracy to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in asking probing questions to understand customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.
• Outgoing self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain/improve systems and strategies supporting our specialty films market.
• Support goal of growing and supporting film partners by meeting requirements and expectations.
• Assist in job planning, inventory management and accuracy of customer data and documentation.
• Respond quickly to customer requests, internal and external.
• Route opportunities to sales executives and R&D lead for development and closure.
• Assist in customer visits and weekly/monthly project reviews for growth and profitability.
• Participate in pipeline reviews and team goal setting.
• Communicate demand forecasts and keep lines of communication open.
• Assist in escalation processes to support best business decisions.
• Understand asset capabilities to suggest SKU consolidation and maintain pricing in ERP.
