Role Description

This is a full-time remote role however, applicants have to be eligible to work in the United States. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and support with training and onboarding once digital solutions have been approved by client. Some of the responsibilities of this role involve providing analytical insights, offering customer support, communicating effectively with clients, and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.

• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions
• Customer Service expertise in addressing client needs
