Job summary

Ironwear, a safety PPE provider with 35+ years in the industry, seeks an Account Coordinator to bridge customers, the Sales Team, and internal operations. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support product recommendations to drive satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, evaluating orders for processing, assisting with inventory and pricing questions, and maintaining accurate customer data across ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with a first-class customer experience.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders for the Processing Department.
• Assist customers with product inquiries regarding inventory, pricing, orders, backorders, and returns.
• Have a basic understanding of product knowledge to address questions and concerns.
• Offer customers alternative or additional products to boost sales and service quality.
• Provide customer outreach to relay and evaluate pending issues.
• Coordinate with processing team and Account Managers to ensure accurate orders, including price validation, shipping methods and backorders.
• Process paperwork for customer orders, RMAs, and backorders.
• Compile customer data in provided documentation and flag concerns to management.
• Maintain customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM platforms.
