Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to build relationships with customers, handle inquiries and drive upselling opportunities across phone, email and website channels.

You will manage the full order journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and contribute to ongoing improvements while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience handling inbound order/sales enquiries.
• Industry experience in hire or construction would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to use own judgment and initiative within company policies.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service while maximizing upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer communications by phone, email and website requests.
