To be the most successful you will have a high level of attention to detail, enjoy data entry, and be able to work in cross functional teams. You will need to be able to keep yourself on task as well as take directions from leadership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately process written orders for merchandise received by mail, E-mail, or personally from customer or sales team into ERP system.
• Maintain timely and open communication with customers such as Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer.
• Proactively inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Maintain ERP system with correct pricing and ship dates.
• Communicate with engineering, planning/materials, warehouse and production floor to insure timely completion of work orders.
• Serve as liaison between the company and customer on quality issues and engineering changes, coordinating as appropriate.
• Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management.
• Evaluate incoming customer questions and requests, prioritize them based on urgency, and respond promptly using the most efficient method available.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems when necessary.

Desired Training, Skills, & Experience:

• High school diploma and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of accuracy with data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated and dynamic problem solver.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams. Comfortable learning new computer programs.
• Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Capable of working collectively with all members within the organization.
• Able to research and analyze various types of data information.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals, write routine reports/correspondence.
• Able to analyze and respond to issues and to influence other parties in order to proactively address those issues.
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
